A Stunning Spring Wedding at Green Gables

Green Gables in located in San Marcos, California. It is absolutely stunning with it’s garden charm and beautiful layout. I had the pleasure of photographing Melissa and James’s Wedding. It was the definition of a gorgeous spring day. Not too hot, not too cold. I would have to say my favorite parts of this venue is the bridal suite and ceremony space. There are so many nooks at this venue for photography. It is also perfect for guests as the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all in one place.

One of my favorite parts of their wedding day was their first look! It was such a beautiful and intimate moment. Shortly after their first look, we jumped into family photo at the ceremony space. Again, the ceremony space is STUNNING!! The trees and the lush greenery offer a fantastic space to photograph portraits. Then it was ceremony time. The ceremony lasted about 15 minutes. After that it was couples portraits, outfit change (Melissa changed into traditional Cambodian Wedding attire), first dance, speeches, dinner, and dance floor! Overall, this wedding was one for the books!

By far, Green Gables is one of my FAVORITE Wedding Venues. It offers so much in one space. The green garden charm is unmatched! I love photographing Weddings at this venue. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and the layout is incredible. I can’t wait to shoot more weddings here!
